1. Introduction
At Dealzioo, we aim to provide the best possible service to our customers. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which a refund may be issued.
2. Refund Condition
A refund will ONLY be issued under one condition:

If the product is damaged (broken, defective, or faulty) upon delivery
If the product is delivered in proper and working condition, no refund or return will be accepted.
3. Important Rules

Customers are strongly advised to record an unboxing video at the time of opening the parcel as proof

Customers are encouraged to check the product at the time of delivery (if possible)

Proof of damage (clear photo or video, preferably unboxing video) is required to claim a refund

Refund requests without valid proof of damage may not be accepted
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refund will NOT be provided in the following cases:

Change of mind

Wrong order selection by customer

Product not liked after delivery

Issues arising after normal use of the product
5. Refund Approval
Once damage is verified:

A replacement or refund process will be initiated

The final decision will be made by Dealzioo management
