Refund Policy


1. Introduction

At Dealzioo, we aim to provide the best possible service to our customers. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which a refund may be issued.


2. Refund Condition

A refund will ONLY be issued under one condition:

  • If the product is damaged (broken, defective, or faulty) upon delivery

If the product is delivered in proper and working condition, no refund or return will be accepted.


3. Important Rules

  • Customers are strongly advised to record an unboxing video at the time of opening the parcel as proof

  • Customers are encouraged to check the product at the time of delivery (if possible)

  • Proof of damage (clear photo or video, preferably unboxing video) is required to claim a refund

  • Refund requests without valid proof of damage may not be accepted

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refund will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong order selection by customer

  • Product not liked after delivery

  • Issues arising after normal use of the product


5. Refund Approval

Once damage is verified:

  • A replacement or refund process will be initiated

  • The final decision will be made by Dealzioo management
